Two venues, next door to each other, overlooking Westminster Abbey- The Queen Elizabeth II Centre (QEIICC) and Central Hall Westminster- have joined together to market themselves as “Next Door Venues” in order to allow International Associations to hold their large congresses in the heart of Westminster.
Both venues can be hired together to accommodate International congresses, and can offer:
- Plenary for up to 2,100 theatre style
- An exhibition area of up to 2,100 m2 gross
- Up to 36 breakout and seminar rooms
- Catering and event spaces
Sue Etherington, Commercial Director, The QEIICC said: “Kate and William chose Westminster Abbey as the venue for their big day so at IMEX this year we have chosen to promote our prestigious location and our joint alliance with Central Hall – thus allowing International associations to hold their large International Congresses in the heart of London.”
The joint alliance enables clients to have the use of both facilities and, with a combined capacity of up to 2,100 delegates, offers the International Association market, and any other large scale events, an unrivalled facility in Westminster. Clients utilising this unique link up have just one point of contact and one contract, making the alliance as easy as possible.
