The QEIICC and Zibrant present a Masterclass in Audience Engagement

The Queen Elizabeth II Centre (QEIICC) and award-winning meetings and events agency Zibrant today announced they are partnering to deliver a Masterclass in Audience engagement on the 22nd February 2013, as part of a series of Masterclass events run by the venue.

Managing Director Sales and Marketing, Fay Sharpe who will be facilitating the Masterclass commented: “Zibrant is delighted to have been invited by QEII Centre to organise this Masterclass on Audience Interaction within a context of the events industry.  We have long recognised a growing trend for incorporating technology within events and particularly how it can maximise interaction between delegates, speakers and organisers at live and virtual events.   Audience interaction and engagement has to extend beyond the event in order to maximise ROI, and should include pre and post event messaging and engagement.
