The Queen Elizabeth II Centre has achieved £2.04million of sales in one month.
The figure is made up of new and repeat business for 2012 – including a series of events for Marks & Spencer, Santander’s Investor’s Day, Incisive Media’s SES London Conference & Expo 2012, eTail London 2012, QCon London 2012, The British Council’s Going Global 2012 and key international and national events for associations including the British Association of Spinal Cord Injury Specialists and the British Association of Dermatologists.
Sue Etherington, Commercial Director said: “The sales team at The QEIICC has created these excellent results from working in partnership with clients and being flexible on the Centre’s packages and facilities. 2012 is going to be a great year for both The QEIICC and the events industry as a whole and we have some prestigious national and international events coming to London next year. The green shoots of recovery are definitely showing and we are taking bookings for events up to 2014.”
