We do not have public car parking facilities at the Centre, you can find information on local car parks here. We have a total of 12 spaces for clients which are allocated by event managers. Height restriction for our carpark is 2.1m. Where is the nearest Santander cycle stand?
It is located on Storey’s Gate, at the side of the Centre. Do you have cloakroom or storage facilities? (i.e. coats/jackets, luggage, folding bicycle)
There is a cloakroom on the ground floor that is free of charge where larger items such as suitcases can also be stored. However we do not store items overnight in the cloakroom. Are dogs allowed in the venue?
We only allow guide dogs and hearing dogs. Are there any prayer rooms available?
There are no dedicated prayer rooms however rooms can be allocated as required. Do you have loading facilities and if so, what are the hours?
Yes. The loading bay hours are 0700 to 1900, Monday to Friday. However, it will also remain open outside of hours on request. Do you have any outside space that we can use? Can I arrange to view the facilities before we make a booking?
