On-site teams: are an extension of our clients teams, using their knowledge, experience and professionalism to help support them from the initial enquiry to the post-event debrief. Our teams know the venue like the back of their hand and they use this to support and make suggestions to clients that align with the event objectives.
Flexible layouts: our blank canvas event spaces mean that we can accommodate events from small meetings of 8 to full Centre events for 2,500. As well as meetings, we host conferences, exhibitions, AGMs, awards and dinners to Christmas Parties and Fashion shows. The range of spaces allow you to choose the layout and size of room(s) that best match your event format.
Technical Services: our modern facilities have the latest tech installed including audio and video communications as well as digital signage and wayfinding, whilst our creative services teams can support with the design of visually impactful stage sets and branding. Our super-fast wired and wireless bandwidth reaches 5Gbps ensuring that you and your delegates can stay connected throughout the event day.
Catering Options: food plays such an important part of the event experience and our in-house caterers, QEII Taste, provide a range of menus that allow our client to choose from various menus that suit their event’s theme and budget. Sustainability is central to everything we do and our menus are low carbon and seasonal, ensuring delegates receive the best ingredients for the time of year, whilst supporting our clients CSR requirements.
Location: our central London location is easily to get to on public transport with several tube, train and bus options. For international delegates there are five airports within an hour’s transfer as well as 6,000 hotel rooms within walking distance. If your delegates are looking to explore London post event, we have the added bonus that we are a short walk away from some of the most iconic landmarks in London as well as world-class shopping, some of the finest restaurants and entertainment including the theatres of the West End.
